If you are new to writing blogs and would like some background information and tips please read on.
Go to the GBC Blog page. You can also get directly to the GBC blog page by addressing your web browser to gbc.org.uk/blog.
Everybody may read the blogs but only our WebMembers may write them.
If you aren't a WebMember read about the benefits of becoming one by clicking here. As an example, here are a couple of popular blogs - BBC NEWS and BBC PM Programme.
Initially as a WebMember you are at the Registered User (most basic) level. This gives you privileges to read articles that are hidden from guests (or members who have not logged in). The read-only or most basic WebMember level is Registered User and this needs to be upgraded to Author or Editor level before users can write a blog or other website articles. Please contact WebAuthor for details.
All blogs submitted are screened for approved by WebAuthor and may be edited in the interest of taste, decency or length etc.
If you are thinking about writing for the GBC website (or the Church Magazine) and would like to align your writing style to our House Style please click here.
